The Cherry Rescue Project is dedicated to transforming cosmetically imperfect cherries into high-quality food products.
Based in Cromwell, Central Otago, New Zealand, we rescue 100% of waste cherries from participating orchards, preventing them from ending up in landfills.
Our state-of-the-art optical sorter ensures that only the best cherries are used to create cherry concentrate, puree, and various other food and drink products.
We take pride in partnering with New Zealand businesses to bring 49 new cherry-based products to the market.
Our commitment to sustainability drives us to make the cherry industry waste-free by 2030.
